This Taiwanese restaurant serves arguably the best xiao long bao – the steamed dumplings stuffed with meat and broth. Retaining its trademark open kitchen and well-appointed decor, Din Tai Fung still pleases patrons with comfort food like pork chop fried rice and stir-fried vegetables. For a heartier meal, we recommend the braised beef la mian – springy noodles wallowing in rich beefy soup is top-notch.
