The centre organises a weekly gathering for new mums where they can share their experiences with other parents. They also provide a range of classes for pregnant mums as well as new parents. Families are encouraged to join in the fun exercises and as the qualified instructors are parents themselves, they understand your needs.
Meanwhile, The Fitfor2 café provides healthy, home-made food for the entire family as well as a special menu for kids. There is a private baby feeding area for nursing mums and a kids’ area where the little ones can play while mums and dads take some time out.
