Two Types of Prepaid Reload

Mobile devices will automatically be reloaded based on the mobile number keyed in - Prepaid Reloads with PIN (Existing Service)
Manually reload by following the instruction provided by the service provider (Maxis/Molpoints,etc). How to purchase Prepaid Reloads via Maybank ATMs/SRMs
STEP 1: Insert ATM Card and key in your PIN
STEP 2: Select “OTHER TRANSACTION”
STEP 3: Select “PREPAID PAYMENT”
STEP 4: Select either one of the following categories “MOBILE PREPAID RELOAD” / “INTERNET PREPAID/OTHERS” / “IDD/STD”
STEP 5: Select either one of the following categories “INSTANT PREPAID RELOAD” / “PREPAID RELOAD WITH PIN”
STEP 6: Select “ACCOUNT TO BE DEBITED”
STEP 7: Key in “PREPAID TELCO CODE” (Example: If customer wants to purchase Altel – Key in “001” and click “YES” to confirm)
STEP 8: Key in “RELOAD AMOUNT CODE” (Example: if customer wants to purchase RM10 prepaid reload – Key in “010” and click “YES” to confirm)
STEP 9: Key in “MOBILE NUMBER”
i) For Prepaid Reload with PIN – Key in the mobile number for the TOP UP CODE to be sent to
ii) For Instant Prepaid Reload – Key in the mobile number you wish to reload AUTOMATICALLY
STEP 10: Confirmation Screen Select “YES” to confirm
STEP 11: Upon confirmation ATM receipt will be printed.
