When straight-laced Japanese and zany Italians collide, you know something cosmic is bound to happen—and it did—a gastronomic explosion which gave birth to the Ristorante Italiano Capricciosa. The brainchild of award-winning chef, Masaaki Honda, Capricciosa serves fresh, cooked-toorder pastas and pizzas. The al dente pastas are painstakingly handmade twice a day by their chefs, instead of cooking packaged stuff off store shelves. Rice croquette,capricciosa pizza, and quattro formagi are some of the names you’ll find in the menu to get your mouth juices in overdrive.
