The menu at Skewers Restaurant & Bar mostly boasts grilled meat and seafood on a stick, like satay, but if you’re just feeling peckish, their Sambal Fish Burger or sandwiches are worth a try. What makes their food different are their marinades which comes in flavours such as Teriyaki, American BBQ, Caribbean Pineapple and Mexican Con Carne. The restaurant also has an open kitchen located in the middle of the room so you can occupy yourself by watching the chefs if your dinner date is a bore.
