Tucked away on a corner lot in Subang Jaya, Tomoe prepare their sushi with fresh ingredients flown in daily from Japan. The upstairs dining area has a lovely view, and is suitable for those of you who yearn for privacy or just plain quiet while you savour the food. Recommended is the ebi pan (baked bread topped with prawn paste) to start, wakadori no ichimiyaki (tuna potato roe) as a main, and finish off with shiratama anko (flour cakes). While service can be slow during dinner as the place gets busy, the price is fairly reasonable.
