Choose a medium (RM4.50) or large bowl (RM5) and breathe in the mouthwatering aroma as you stick your chopsticks in and pull swathes of noodles towards your mouth. A clear broth, redolent of pork bones and liver, and topped off with a raw egg, it tinges your taste buds with flavour. This is one hearty bowl of rib-sticking goodness. His son mans an offshoot stall at Restoran Yit Sieang, on Jalan Tun Sambanthan 4 – we suppose one stall wasn’t enough to contain their porky goodness.
