Pisang salai dengan rasa manis manis pisang. Teksturnya kenyal kenyal pisang. Ada aroma bau asap salainya! Memang umppph!

Boleh tahan sehingga 3 bulan sebab itulah Si Tanggang sampai termimpi mimpi keenakan pisang salai! Boleh makan begitu saja. Nak goreng pun no hal lah!
