Full Description
Slivers of meat (chicken, beef or mutton) strung on bamboo sticks are grilled across the brazier while the satay man fans the smoke profusely onto the meat, giving it a slightly charred flavour. But what defines a good satay eventually is the peanut dipping. The version we had is crunchy, slightly spicy and thick enough to coat our juicy meat. And all these can be enjoyed in KL without trudging your way to Kajang.
