Seng Huat Bak Kut Teh is Klang’s epicentre of medicinal-herbed porkiness. Now in its third generation, the bak kut teh here sells out every day. Their famous broth is a slow stew of soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, Sichuan peppercorns, black pepper, goji berries and ginseng and of course, chunky slabs of pork.
