Full Description
Soo Kee began its life under a tree in Jalan Silang. Having moved to more stable and permanent premises in Medan Imbi nearly 40 years ago, this excellent little eatery has grown and grown. Get stuck into the sang har meen with giant fresh water prawns and the ngau yuk hor with beef noodles. Another hit is the pork satay. For something totally unique, check out the 'paper chicken' which consists of marinated pieces of chicken wrapped in tracing paper and deeply fried. And no, you do not eat the paper – unwrap to taste the sweet and juicy meat.
