Third Floor takes diners on a journey of classic modern cuisine (french-inspired) with a blend of flavours from Australia and the Pacific Rim. Despite a lack of creativity in the naming department, this minor flaw certainly doesn’t apply to the food as it serves up to 150 hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an extensive degustation menu by Chef Ken Hoh. Ambience is decidedly modern with a contemporary feel but not overwhelmingly so. Try the delectable foie gras with a caramelised-pear-and-burgundy reduction.
