Yes! You no longer have to queue at the regular payment centres for the following transactions.
- Balance Inquiry – You can check the balance on your Touch `n Go card at the Kawanku ATM.
- Load Value – You can reload your Touch `n Go card by selecting RM50, RM100, RM150, RM200, RM250, RM300, RM400 or RM500

What about the fee?
- RM0.50 will be debited from your account for every successful reload transaction.
- Balance inquiry on your Touch `n Go card is free of charge.
How do I make a balance enquiry?
- Insert your card into the ATM and key in your PIN.
- Select ‘Touch ‘n Go’ on the screen.
- Select Balance Inquiry.
- Your ATM card will be ejected. Remove your ATM card. Place your Touch `n Go card on the Touch `n Go panel.
- Once transaction is successfully done, your Touch `n Go card balance will be displayed on the screen.
How do I reload?
- Insert your card into the ATM and key in your PIN.
- Select ‘Touch ‘n Go’ on the screen.
- Select Load Value.
- Your ATM card will be ejected. Remove your ATM card. Place your Touch `n Go card on the
Touch `n Go. - Select the amount you wish to reload (Reload value from RM50 to RM500).
- Select the account you wish to debit.
- Place your Touch ‘n Go card on the Touch ‘n Go panel again to reload your card.
- Once transaction is successfully done, your Touch `n Go card new balance will be displayed on the screen and your receipt will be printed.
