Headed by Chef Leong Weng Heng, the culinary team presents you with pork infused Cantonese that includes roast and barbeque, live and exotic seafood, and home-style specialty dishes. Favourites such as the pan fried goose liver on a bed of fresh mango and baked marinated pork ribs are a must try.
