Rather pink inside, the dim sum is fine and Chef’s specials (invented by the Maser Chinese Chef Chan) should be a high priority. Otherwise, the stir fried ostrich is an unusual delicacy and worth exploring. So work up your appetite with a huge variety of Cantonese dishes and taste Hong Kong style dim-sum specialties.
