Well, we might have made that last bit up but there’s no denying what people come to El Cerdo for: pork. And lot’s of it. It’s not that we actively seek the death of an animal. But hell, a little light slaughter does always seem to make things taste better. It’s the sort of place any of us would like to call our local.
