Applying visa for japan tokyo osaka travel trip can be very annoying especially when there is quite a lot of documentation to prepare even though the visa application fee is free.  We have a bad experience with the stupid management of Japan embassy.

They should provide enough information on the japan embassy official web in malaysia. Below is the required document that you really need to bring as a traveller for tourist trip in japan.

You must provide :

1 photo of yourself with white background and following japan visa size 2×2 inch.

1 letter of employment with company letter head state how many years working and your salary

1 online maybank2u, cimbclicks etc bank statement with endorsement from the bank as a true copy.

Fill up the japan visa application form and submit it with all the documents needed. It will take 3 days to get the visa.

You need to come back to the embassy at jalan stonor. No need to queue. Just give them the paper that they gave u once u submit it.
