Resepi acar buah jj ni sy xletak cuka sb elok untuk kesihatan…so sy guna sos plum je..

Acar buah jj
150g lada kering direbus hingga lembut
7 biji bawang ros
2 biji bawang besar
5 biji bawang putih…
1 inci halia …blender semua bahan2
1 1/2 botol sos plum jenama maggie
Garam gula secukupnya
Bijan di sangai untuk tabur..

Buah2an kering dan jeruk
2kg

Cara2

Tumis hingga pecah minyak
Masukan garam gula bagi lada cepat merah dan warna gelap sedikit..
Masukan sos plum dan kacau sebatu …
Masukan buah2 kering dahulu..
Biarkan seketika.klu pekat blh tambah air sedikit.. dan masukan jeruk2 biarkan didih
Dan rasa …apa yg kurang tambah…
