RESEPI
1) Rebus tulang ayam amik air tulang ayam je tulang2 tu buang bole nak makn pun bole + isi ayam siket
2) masukan 5jenis herbs ??
3)masuk kicap ikan,kicap pekat, (bg kuah hitam)
4) rembah sup 2sudu
5) perasa (ajinamo,garam,gula) kuah akan jd manis2.
Siap dah utk kuah??

Bahan2 mee
1)mee hoon celur
2)kangkung celur
3)taugeh celur
4)daun ketumbar
5) asam limau
6)cili jeruk

Masa nak makan tu letak semua then letak kuah dah siap.. ?
