If you’re looking for typical Vietnamese fare, Sao Nam should satisfy. The menu is well-thought out and features some of Vietnam’s most famous dishes as well as some other lesser known more exotic ones. Immaculately prepared by chefs from Vietnam, the food stays authentic despite the absence of pork. Look out for the ever popular banh xeo (Vietnamese crispy pancake), beef la lot (beef wrapped in wild pepper leaves) and chao tom (shrimp in sugarcane). If you have any special orders, the managers at Sao Nam are more than happy to oblige, so just ask.
