The crepes at Shimino are made from a top secret recipe that means they’re soft and light and not overpoweringly doughy. You can get them rolled with any number of things – kiwi, cake, ice cream – but our favourite is the one packed with sweet slices of banana, pillow-soft whipped cream (apparently also a secret recipe) and topped with melted milk chocolate.
