Tanzini has got a proverbial finger in all the pies, serving hearty Italian food downstairs and dainty degustation menus upstairs at the Upper Deck. The restaurant combines fine dining with one of the best views in the city, and at the end of the day you can beat a retreat to the Trinidad Cigar Lounge. The seasonal menus at Upper Deck change twice a month, reflecting fresh produce so expect unusual pairings – smoked duck consommé served in a teapot, lobster wrapped in sheets of apple, perfectly cooked beef tenderloin.
