Valentino Rudy was born in Bologna, Italy on March 18, 1931.
In 1940, before the opening of the World War II, he moved with his family to Buenos Aires in Argentine to escape from the flames of the war.
Buenos Aires was at that time prospering as a center of culture and art and was called “Paris of the Southern Hemisphere.” Staying in the city through his boyhood and adolescence greatly influenced his later life.
