A. Bahan2 utk blend
Tomato 1/2 biji
Cili padi 7-10 biji
Cili besar 1-2 biji
Bawang besar 1/2 biji
Belacan 1 inci
Asam jawa 2 sudu besar atau lebih
Sedikit air

B. Bahan2 hiris
Tomato 1/2 biji
Cili padi 7-10 biji
Cili besar 1-2 biji
Bawang besar 1/2 biji

C. gula..garam..serbuk perasa..limau kasturi atau limau nipis secukupnya..

Cara2
*campur bahan A B C.. letak air mengikut kepekatan yg kita mahu..kemudian curahkan saja air asam tadi ke atas ikan?
